RANGE SAFETY
It is the responsibility of every member to make sure the range is being used correctly and that any conditions that may render the range unsafe are reported immediately. If you see a violation of the range rules, please notify the individual(s) of the problem. If necessary, report the violation to a Board member immediately.TIME AND MEETING REQUIREMENTS
The club requirements started over as of November 1, 2011. The members have until October 31, 2012 to get 12 hours of service and attend 2 general membership meetings. It is the responsibility of each member to make sure their hours and meeting attendance is recorded correctly. Do NOT wait until the end of the year to correct your hours. Check the records posted on the bulletin board in the hall at the club to make sure you agree with the figures. Remember, dues for members not completing the requirements is $200.You MUST sign the sheets at the meeting to get credit for your meeting attendance. If you do not want in the drawing ($1.00 donation) please mark the "Not Participating" box on the sheet.
Use of facilities must be scheduled with John Brognard using the "Use of Facilities" form found at the club or on the web site. The official record is kept on the "Calendar" page on the CFG web site. Please see the information below or call John on 301-371-4205 if you have questions.

Reserving CF&GPA Facilities
If you wish to reserve a date for the use of the club house or the club grounds, please call John Brognard on 301-371-4205 or Bill Williams on 301-371-6233. John is the keeper of the calendar so call him first. The official calendar is on the CF & G web site. Reservation forms and payment must be submitted before final confirmation of the requested date. Organizations must submit proof of insurance with application. Those members that had 25 or more volunteer hours in 2011 are not required to pay for use of facilities for family events. The forms are available at the club house or on our Links page.
