Our club is dedicated to environmental and wildlife conservation and the
continuing education of fishing and hunting. We are a small diverse group of
people interested in all types of outdoor activities. Our members provide classes
for the general public in hunter safety, firearms for
women, fly fishing, fly tying and building fishing rods. We have a yearly Trout
fishing rodeo for youngsters open to the public. Our club also provides members
a safe environment for archery, rifle, still target and trap shooting. Weekly trap
shoots and still target shoots are open to the public. Our members are involved in
conservation projects in Frederick and Washington counties and many members support
national conservation organizations. Our club also supports various community
educational and recreational projects.
Please drop us a e-mail at CF&GPA if you would like additional information about our club or the activities.
